Attar of Roses geranium brings a clear rose fragrance to your garden, releasing its scent when you gently brush the leaves. Its aromatic foliage makes everyday moments outdoors a little more memorable.
The accepted botanical name is Pelargonium ‘Attar of Roses’. Common names include Attar of Roses geranium, Attar of Roses pelargonium, rose-scented geranium, rose-scented pelargonium and rose geranium.
This named cultivar combines fragrant, lobed foliage with small clusters of pale mauve-pink summer flowers. It typically grows to about 60cm tall, creating an attractive feature in pots and garden beds.
The leaves provide its signature appeal. Plant it beside a frequently used path or near an outdoor sitting area, where you can easily enjoy its fragrance. A container near your entrance also brings the foliage within reach.
