To help us process your request quickly, include photos of the damage, including one close up and one photo from a distance.

To help your plant recover from its journey, gently prune any foliage damaged during shipping, such as bent stems or yellow leaves. Removing damaged foliage allows your plant to redirect energy toward new, healthy growth.
