Beautiful white flowers, sometimes tinged with blue, on compact bushes. All Datura plants contain potent alkaloids, all parts of the plant are toxic – leaf, root, flower and seed, and must NEVER be ingested. Traditionally used externally to allay motion sickness. A poultice of the fresh leaf applied externally to reduce pain of rheumatic or glandular swellings. Annual. Native to the Americas. Prefer full sun in a warm position. Reaches about 60cm in height.
