    Please provide a few photos to help us better understand the issue. Please note that photos are necessary for us to be able to offer any replacement options. (Photo tips! To upload multiple photos, please highlight all the files you'd like to share at once before uploading them by selecting the first file, holding down Shift, and then selecting the last file in the list. If your plant was damaged in transit, please provide a photo of your whole plant and close-up photos of the problem areas. If there was any damage to the outside of your box, please upload a photo of that damage as well.)
